Lose Weight and Keep It Off

Get fit before the New Year!

Lose Weight and Keep It Off is an 8 week training program that will keep you accountable in a supportive group environment.  Each participant will receive a fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program, nutritional guidance, and a 45-minute weekly group workout.  Participants will also have the opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with a dietician once during the program.  Personal Trainers will lead workouts and offer weekly weigh-ins (optional), and classes are limited to 12 participants per group.  Must be 16 years or older to participate.

Fall 2 Session

October 29 - December 23

Thursday: 7:15 - 8:00pm

Friday:  9:30 - 10:15am

Sunday:  9:00 - 9:45am

*Option to attend small group training classes 1 or 2 times per week*

Foam Rolling and Recovery Workshop!

Let's Roll!

Recovery is one of the most important factors in getting the fitness results you want.  Proper recovery will allow the muscles to refuel and prepare for the next exercise bout, and it will help you develop lean strong muscles.  Allowing recovery means active resting, like foam rolling.  During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn the benefits of recovery, how to recover properly for the amount of exercise you've completed and how to use the foam roller to help you in the recovery process.  Space is limited to 12 participants, and you must be 13 years or older to participate.

Triathlon Training Program

Are you looking for motivation this triathlon season?  Join us for a 9-week Triathlon Training Program to improve your endurance, speed and confidence!  Train with Sage YMCA Personal Trainers, Smith PT and Running Academy's Running Technique Specialist and Jennifer Harrison Triathlon Coaching to help you prepare for your next triathlon.  This 9-week program will include a free entry into our December 1 Triathlon Training Workshop and weekly 1-hour triathlon-specific workouts designed by a Triathlon Training Coach.  This program is for all levels of triathletes - novice to advanced!
