Dive Into Deep Water Cadence Running
Deep Water Cadence is a deep-water running class that uses evidence-based, cadence-specific workouts to achieve peak athletic performance. Whether you are training for a run, recovering from an injury or prone to injuries, deep-water running is an impact-free way to engage your entire body while building up your endurance and cardiovascular conditioning.
Created by three-time Olympic qualifier Teresa Triche, Deep Water Cadence has helped NBA players, Navy officers and Wounded Warriors verterans recover from injuries and get in the best shape of their lives. There are no pre-qualifications to participate (other than being comfortable in deep water) and floatation belts are provided by the Sage Y.
Classes begin on November 30, 2021Cost for 1 day: $120 (member) / $180 (non-member)
Cost for 2 days a week: $200 (member) / $300 (non-member)
Tuesday: 9:45 - 10:30am
Saturday: 10:30 - 11:15am
