Overnight camps are offered at five beautiful locations, and nestled amongst picturesque landscapes in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. These adventurous camps provide an environment and activities that aim to build stronger bonds and instill a sense of confidence in every child!
YMCA Camp Duncan
YMCA Camp Duncan in Northern Illinois is a summer camp located on Fish Lake with 300 acres of picturesque landscape. In addition to traditional overnight camp and Bold & Gold programing, Camp Duncan hosts various medical camps working with American Diabetes Association, Camp Quality, Illinois Fire Safety Alliance, National Kidney Foundation and Epilepsy Foundation, and Camp FASD Community. Special activities include blobbing, ropes courses, climbing tower, zip line, archery, boating, and a state-of-the-art playground with water features!
YMCA Camp Independence
This overnight camp in Northern Illinois is a special place for campers ages 7+ with spina bifida. Located on 300 beautiful acres of woodlands, rolling meadows and lakefront property, YMCA Camp Independence offers a range of activities including, boating, swimming, ropes courses, archery, campfire circles, floor hockey, and additional activities all while learning independent skills and development opportunities!
YMCA Camp MacLean
Located in southeast Wisconsin, YMCA Camp MacLean sits on 156 beautiful acres situated alongside Wisconsin's Rockland Lake, with woodlands, and spacious fields surrounding camp. YMCA Camp MacLean offers adventure programs, and activities like kayaking, archery, hiking, a Skyway attraction, tobogganing, and much more!
