Irving Park YMCA Kids’ Imaginations Take Flight Thanks to Home Depot

On Saturday, January 26, the Irving Park YMCA and Home Depot partnered for a Kids DIY Workshop event. Staff from the local Home Depot store volunteered their time and services to lead the event for 30 youth members of our community. Everyone had a blast building and painting their very own airplanes. It was a great opportunity for youth to put their listening, problem-solving, and creative skills to use. We're grateful to our community partners and look forward to partnering with Home Depot in the future.
